📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer across GTM, customer, and technical searches • Partner with hiring managers on intake calls, profile definition, candidate calibration, and end-to-end process management • Build roles and hiring plans in Ashby • Source candidates through technical, strategic, network-driven, event-driven, or AI-assisted methods • Conduct recruiter screens and deep-dive assessments • Manage offers, negotiate, pitch candidates, and close hires • Report directly to the Founding Recruiter • Help scale Kodex’s recruiting function and define hiring processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Series A / B or high-growth startup experience • Experience operating in ambiguity and building process where none existed • Ability to launch requisitions from scratch, build a personal pipeline, and close candidates independently • Comfort with velocity, high context-switching, and shifting search mixes • Proven ability to ramp on unfamiliar technical or specialized domains • Strong candidate assessment skills • Excellent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and in writing • Prior agency background before going in-house (big plus) • Recruiting experience in regulated or sensitive-data industries (big plus) • Experience recruiting GTM or technical roles (big plus) • Fluency in Ashby (big plus) • Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship or transfer
