📋 Description

• Identify qualified candidates for healthcare positions and perform full-cycle recruitment • Source anesthesia professionals using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting methods • Screen candidates through CV reviews and phone interviews • Develop and execute marketing and branding initiatives • Collaborate with the Clinical Recruitment Manager and candidates to negotiate contract terms, including compensation, benefits, and work schedules • Facilitate contract amendments and resolve contract-related issues as a client-candidate liaison • Coordinate interviews with candidates and healthcare facilities • Facilitate placement from initial contact through job-offer negotiation • Guide candidates through onboarding and ensure paperwork and credentials are completed promptly • Monitor anesthesia staffing industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity • Analyze market data for business development and growth opportunities • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies • Maintain accurate, current candidate records • Assist in constructing and distributing reports for Operations and Clinical Leadership Teams • Perform duties involving occasional standing and walking, frequent sitting and hand/finger movement, and use of office equipment (in office or remote)

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred • Previous experience in clinical recruiting, preferably in anesthesia specialty • Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, procedures, and terminology • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases (CRM), and recruitment tools • Experience with Bullhorn, Doc Café, and social media sourcing is ideal • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation • Must reside in the United States, excluding California, Hawaii, and Alaska
