📋 Description

• Support the full recruiting lifecycle, including reviewing performance work statements, creating position descriptions, posting positions, identifying candidates, scheduling interviews, and consulting with management on job offers and compensation • Maintain accurate records in the candidate database across multiple roles and contracts • Partner with management to forecast staffing needs and develop plans for key initiatives • Consult with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create and disseminate job advertising • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to clarify job requirements and expectations and assess candidates against selection criteria • Conduct recruiting outreach and report outcomes to support recruiting demands • Communicate updates to Human Resources staff and hiring managers regarding the recruiting process, potential candidates, and candidate-pool diversity • Participate in recruiting events, including career fairs and networking events • Leverage current staff and HR team participation to attract high-quality, diverse talent

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US citizen • Bachelor's degree OR 5 years of experience recruiting in Government Contracting (GovCon) in lieu of a degree • 3–5 years of related work experience in the GovCon industry • Proven track record of recruiting mid- to senior-level professionals • Experience sourcing and mapping resumes from all sources, including social networks and recruiting platforms • Working knowledge of Indeed required • Ability to work within a diverse team and lead multi-disciplinary recruiting efforts • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-based project experience • Demonstrated ability to develop strong internal and external relationships • Strong interest in active and passive candidate sourcing techniques • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to multi-task across multiple requisitions and candidate pools • Experience using online recruiting tools, such as ADP Applicant Tracking System • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and competing requirements • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications • Preferred: 5+ years of experience supporting a small or mid-size company in GovCon with human resources, administrative services, executive assistance, operations management, administrative management, or project management experience • Preferred: Experience with AI tools, MS Power Automate, and sourcing/recruiting automation
