📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Sigma Computing and Snowflake • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions • Design and support data models while collaborating with architects and data engineers to ensure reliable data integration and reporting performance • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across reporting assets and analytical solutions • Analyze data and deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support business decision-making • Create technical documentation and provide consultative support for reporting, analytics, and broader business intelligence initiatives • Train business users and transform data into actionable insights for internal and external customers

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a related field • Strong expertise in Snowflake, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning • Advanced SQL skills with experience working with large, complex datasets and data structures • Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Sigma Computing • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus • Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes • Knowledge of cloud data platforms; Azure preferred • Knowledge of data analytics tools or scripting languages such as Python or R • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills • Healthcare data experience and Agile environment experience preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
