📋 Description

• Own and document Komodo Health’s design language, including principles, type, color, motion, voice, and core patterns • Encode design taste into versioned, measured, and maintained AI skills, components, and templates • Design AI interfaces, dense analytic workflows, and new products • Prototype with AI tools and use Figma when appropriate • Fix recurring design problems at the skill or tool source • Enable PMs, engineers, and forward deployed teams to build high-quality prototypes and products • Design and ship interaction patterns for agentic work, including plans, progress, sources, confidence, and correction • Design and prototype flagship experiences from concept to general availability • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and forward deployed teams through reviews, Slack, and customer-facing prototypes

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional visual, interaction, and content design craft • Portfolio required • Ability to build working prototypes and real UI with AI tools • Ability to fix components in code • Daily design use of Claude or similar AI tools • Understanding of how AI reads skills and why output drifts • Experience building skills or systems adopted by people outside the team • Experience designing AI products, including reasoning, sources, uncertainty, and human correction • 8+ years in product design • Experience leading design for a complex B2B, data, or analytics product from first prototype to scale • Excellent written communication • Healthcare or regulated data experience, data visualization, front-end engineering background, and design-system transition experience prioritized as nice to have
