📋 Description

• Own the Konnect Developer Portal self-service experience, including application registration, credential management, team management, and environments • Lead product discovery and shape the roadmap for multi-runtime access control across API, AI, and event gateways • Drive API and AI lifecycle management • Drive API and AI productization and monetization • Improve onboarding and reduce friction and time to value for product-led growth and enterprise customers • Partner with design, engineering, go-to-market, and customers to define and ship impactful features • Run user research, synthesize feedback, and turn it into clear requirements and prioritization decisions • Define and track KPIs for product health, adoption, and revenue generation • Communicate across functions and product lines, align stakeholders, and make tradeoffs explicit • Report to Jason Harmon, Director of Product Management

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 8 years in product management, in B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or platform products • Deep empathy for developers, with hands-on experience building or supporting developer-facing tools or APIs • Clear grasp of what makes agentic workflows productive • Track record shipping complex product surfaces spanning frontend UX, backend integrations, and system design • Strong collaboration skills alongside design and engineering • Ability to define and track success metrics tied to product outcomes and business goals, such as ARR impact • Familiarity with git workflows, CLI tooling, Markdown docs, and CI/CD pipelines • Preferred: 5+ years building developer-focused user experiences • Preferred: Experience with APIs, AI, and developers as a primary product audience, or additional experience as a practitioner • Preferred: Experience with API management/gateway platforms as product or practitioner • Preferred: Experience using AI to automate product management and development workflows
