📋 Description

• Support the deployment, maintenance, and cybersecurity posture of enterprise Windows computing environments • Automate comprehensive software patching, application deployments, and asset management using SCCM/MECM • Manage the full lifecycle, provisioning, and daily Operations & Maintenance of AWS WorkSpaces and Amazon EC2 instances • Enforce hardening standards and maintain STIG compliance • Remediate vulnerabilities and ensure high-availability, secure service delivery across assigned endpoints and servers • Perform endpoint and patch management, cloud desktop and server operations, cybersecurity hardening, and system operations and support

🎯 Requirements

• Secret security clearance, with ability to maintain Secret Clearance • Experience supporting enterprise Windows computing environments across virtual and cloud-hosted infrastructures • Experience utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) • Knowledge of software patching, application deployments, and asset management • Experience managing AWS WorkSpaces and Amazon EC2 instances • Experience with Windows Server and desktop operating systems • Knowledge of cybersecurity hardening standards and STIG compliance • Ability to work core hours of 9am–5pm Eastern
