📋 Description

• Monitor, maintain, and support servers and other IT infrastructure components to ensure high availability and performance • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues • Assist in setting up security measures, including antivirus solutions, to protect company data and IT infrastructure • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and installations • Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps • Provide advanced technical support to end-users • Lead or participate in IT-related projects, including deployment of new technologies and systems

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in IT systems administration or a similar role • Proficiency in Windows server environments • Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V • Knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP • Experience with cloud services such as AWS and Azure • Strong problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must reside in the United States, excluding California, Hawaii, and Alaska
