📋 Description

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards • Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance to development teams • Develop complex customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies • Create and maintain technical documentation including solution design documents • Establish best practices for development, security, and performance optimization • Mentor junior developers and provide technical oversight of deliverables • Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies for potential implementation • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions • Manage integration with external systems and third-party applications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification • Tableau Desktop Foundation certification • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations • Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce development • Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and sharing architecture • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices • Proven experience using Tableau software with Salesforce reporting • Proven experience designing large-scale Salesforce implementations • Strong knowledge of API integration patterns and middleware solutions • Experience with data migration and ETL tools • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and leadership abilities • Experience with Agile development methodologies
