📋 Description

• Clarify and validate customer purchase orders and process orders to manufacturing in a timely manner • Change imprint colors and set ship dates • Process art proof approvals and non-approvals in clarification queues • Receive and process customer emails in the clarification email inbox • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls in queues • Process reports, rush requests, hand walks and other miscellaneous duties • Flex into other customer service-related roles • Process and respond to distributor questions or proofs on orders • Contact distributors via phone, fax and/or email to resolve issues or questions regarding non-production-ready orders

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • Previous customer service and data entry experience preferred • Proficiency using a computer and associated software • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience using order management systems such as Oracle, MacPac and AS400 • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word & Excel • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work well under pressure to meet order deadlines • Ability to multitask and focus on multiple issues at once • Excellent customer service skills and ability to deescalate situations
