• Manage a portfolio of Core Account System Integrators or End-Users as strategic revenue accounts • Build and maintain multi-level relationships with partner executives, managers, engineers, and sales/marketing teams • Activate dormant integrators or end-users into first-time Ignition purchasers through structured outreach, enablement, and pipeline campaigns • Use recognition, tiering, and incentives to motivate integrators and connect program benefits to performance and project execution • Increase projects, revenue contribution, and influenced end-user accounts for each Core Account • Track and report Core Account performance in CRM, including trends, projections, engagement scorecards, and tier assignments • Recommend corrective actions based on account performance • Assist with preparing and delivering technical demos to integrators and end-users • Collaborate with Marketing, Training, and Sales Engineering teams on resources, campaigns, and technical support • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts • Represent Inductive Automation at company events and integrator-led campaigns • Support successful adoption of the Ignition platform and expansion of the Integrator ecosystem
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field or 4 years of equivalent experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, channel sales, or business development • Ideally, experience in industrial automation, software, or technology distribution • Demonstrated success growing channel partners or strategic accounts against measurable revenue targets • Strong relationship-building skills with executives, managers, engineers, and sales/marketing teams • Experience with structured business reviews, forecasting, and pipeline management in a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish • Must pass the Core Account Representative Training Program within 120 working days • Must complete the Ignition Core Certification Test within 120 working days • Must complete the Capstone demonstration within 2 attempts • Must live within the United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship • Preferred: familiarity with System Integrator business models and industrial automation concepts including SCADA, MES, IIoT, PLCs, and OT/IT convergence • Preferred: experience with channel enablement programs, training, MDF, or certifications • Preferred: background managing partner tiering systems, certifications, or growth programs
