📋 Description

• Own design end to end: discovery, concept, prototyping, delivery, and launch • Take products from zero to one, turning early ideas or rough problem spaces into products • Build new AI products for external B2C customers and internal AI products for Payward • Define problems, set direction, and make decisions in ambiguous situations • Design interactions for non-deterministic intelligent systems • Create visually rich, forward-thinking AI product experiences • Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to influence strategy and roadmap decisions • Prototype rapidly, test ideas, learn, and iterate • Conduct user research and use customer insights, data, and experimentation to guide development • Maintain a high bar for craft and user experience

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and impact • Track record of taking products from zero to launch as the lead or only designer • Experience owning the full design process end to end • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information • Experience designing AI-powered, generative, or probabilistic products is highly desirable • Strong UX and visual design skills • Advanced prototyping skills • Experience influencing product strategy and cross-functional decision-making • Strong systems thinking • Ability to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments • Applicants may redact age, date of birth, or educational attendance/graduation dates from resumes
