📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the client's Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative • Oversee all work performed under the contract and ensure deliverables meet requirements • Manage program budget, staffing, schedule and resource allocation • Monitor performance against contract terms, service levels and quality standards • Identify risks and issues and lead mitigation efforts • Prepare and present program status reports and briefings • Support contract modifications, option periods and new work opportunities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field required • 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years managing programs or contracts • Experience managing federal government contracts and client relationships • Experience managing budgets, staffing and multiple project teams • Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Continual use of common office equipment including computers, phones, scanners and printers • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred • Experience with Agile program delivery preferred
