📋 Description

• Provide accurate consecutive interpretation services over the phone and via video between English and Spanish • Interpret in medical, social services, customer service, and financial settings • Facilitate communication between healthcare providers and patients to ensure effective understanding and care • Work in a blended Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) environment

🎯 Requirements

• Medical, customer service, social services, and financial calls interpretation skills • Knowledge of medical terminology • Fluency in English and Spanish • Remote interpretation experience in both languages is mandatory • Excellent communication and listening skills • Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a related field • HIPAA compliance • Ethernet connection connected directly to the router via cable; Wi-Fi is not allowed • Noise-canceling microphone and USB headset; accepted brands: Logitech H390, Jabra GN, Plantronics Blackwire C3220 (Poly), and Microsoft Lifechat LX-6000 • Latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox • i5 processor or higher, 6th generation or newer • Camera with minimum resolution of 1080p • Full-time availability, 5 days a week (2 days off)
