📋 Description

• Join a team driving software and data engineering for a critical initiative for a premier banking client • Work hands-on with cloud-native technologies and modern architecture • Build data engineering solutions for banking and financial-services clients • Perform enterprise-scale data movement and transformation in cloud environments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in application development with strong Python programming skills • 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services • 4+ years working with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, and writing complex SQL queries • Experience with data migration activities in cloud environments, focusing on enterprise-scale data movement and transformation • Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake • Familiarity with distributed data processing and batch/stream processing tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka, or AWS Kinesis • Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or similar • Bachelor’s Degree required; alternatively, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college, in addition to the minimum experience required • Java development experience • Experience with AWS Glue or other AWS data integration services • Proficiency with UNIX/Linux environments, including basic shell scripting • Experience working in Agile teams and knowledge of Agile engineering practices • Prior consulting experience or aptitude for client-facing collaborative environments
