📋 Description

• Ship full-stack features end-to-end as a member of a Pod • Develop APIs and integrate with external services and databases • Build front-end interfaces with a focus on user experience • Design and implement AI-powered features • Collaborate with product managers and engineers • Optimize application performance through caching and efficient algorithms • Write thorough unit and integration tests • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers • Share production support responsibility on a rotating basis • Stay current with emerging AI tools and full-stack technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Comfort working across frontend and backend • A working understanding of how systems operate at depth • The ability to get up to speed on unfamiliar code without hand-holding • A track record of owning outcomes, not just tickets • The ability to diagnose and debug complex issues • Hands-on experience with modern AI developer tools
