📋 Description

• Lead the overall design vision for complex client projects • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact design solutions • Develop design strategies aligned with customer business goals • Integrate design strategies into broader technology and innovation strategies • Manage and mentor junior design team members • Provide coaching and guidance to elevate team skills and performance • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders • Ensure design direction aligns with clients' strategic vision • Drive design thinking across the organization • Advocate for integrating design principles throughout project delivery • Shape organizational strategy for AI adoption in design • Influence design processes and culture • Ensure design teams are proficient in AI and understand its ethical implications • Guide frameworks for human/AI interaction and prioritize human-in-the-loop • Advocate for responsible AI use in client engagements and internal practices • Set clear standards and foster continuous learning and adoption in AI-driven design

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of human-centered design methods and mindset • Experience aligning stakeholders through workshops and collaborative sessions • Ability to communicate clearly and compellingly through storytelling • Ability to design and conduct generative and evaluative user research • Ability to create context-appropriate, low-to-high fidelity prototypes • Expertise in information design and visual communication • Ability to leverage AI tools while maintaining quality and ethical standards • 10+ years experience • Deep industry vertical experience • Experience in both enterprise and agency worlds • Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure or other technical applications • Knowledge of human behavior, change management, or other applied social sciences • Data science, AI/ML background • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent portfolio • Preferred education: MDM, MDes, MFA, dMBA or equivalent
