📋 Description

• Own product outcomes, direction, and priorities for a flagship data and AI experience • Translate product vision into a roadmap and clearly ordered backlog • Decide whether releases deliver expected outcomes • Align senior stakeholders across the customer's organization • Map stakeholder needs and user journeys • Turn competing priorities into clear decisions • Define the business case and determine customer-specific versus reusable functionality • Partner with a senior designer, technical program manager, technical leads, architects, engineers, and technical account leaders • Lead product and experience direction on complex application projects across Kyndryl Vital • Shape how Kyndryl Vital takes ideas from concept to shipped software • Define human-in-the-loop design, agent autonomy, trust, and transparency for responsible AI experiences • Craft narratives about product direction, trade-offs, and progress for executives, sellers, and delivery teams • Participate in a creative, collaborative design culture focused on craft

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, utilities, or infrastructure settings • Experience at a design consultancy, agency, or studio, as well as in enterprise product environments • Future-state prototyping with tools such as Figma Make • Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks and practices • Experience with facilitation tools such as Miro or Mentimeter • Product ownership experience, including outcome-based roadmaps, continuous discovery, backlog ordering, and trade-off decisions • Experience leading human-centered enterprise software products or experiences at scale from strategy through launch • Experience building journeys, service blueprints, and future-state visions • Experience defining business cases, value cases, success measures, and reusable solutions • Experience planning and leading stakeholder and user interviews • Experience designing and leading workshops and co-creation sessions with senior stakeholders • Experience shipping complex data experiences, including release, delivery, and User Acceptance Testing • Technical fluency with architects, engineers, and technical account leaders • Ability to define agentic AI experiences, including human-in-the-loop design, trust, and transparency • Understanding of agile delivery and ability to shape user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps or Jira • Executive storytelling skills
