📋 Description

• Supervise and control complex computer systems, networks, and applications • Operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment • Perform batch operations according to service agreements • Analyze first-level issues across systems • Resolve or route issues as appropriate • Develop support system management processes tailored to customer requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Support high-quality service delivery to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging • Proficient with operating systems (Windows or Mac) • Experience with troubleshooting, backup/recovery, and basic networking (preferred) • Customer-focused mindset • Growth mindset and commitment to personal and professional development • Inclusive and collaborative approach • If hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, may be required to show proof of vaccination according to their policies
