📋 Description

• Perform batch operations according to service agreements • Supervise and control complex computer systems, networks, and applications • Operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment • Analyze first-level issues across systems • Resolve or route issues as appropriate • Develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical professionals • Support 24x7 service coverage through alternate work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and holidays • Detect and troubleshoot problems independently • Provide customer-focused operational support

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in an Operations environment • At least 2 years’ hands-on experience with Windows and Office products, including Word, Excel, and Teams • Excellent customer relations and communications skills • Ability to detect and troubleshoot problems and navigate independently • Ability to work an Alternate Work Schedule to maintain 24x7 support, including any shift, weekends, and holidays • Must pass stringent background checks • Working knowledge of network fundamentals such as routers, switches, and circuits • Working knowledge of Major Incident, Problem, and Change processes • Experience with one or more listed operational and infrastructure tools, including ServiceNow/CMDB, Splunk Enterprise, VMware vSphere, Jira/Rally, Ansible Controller, Control-M, and others • High school education required • College education preferred
