📋 Description

• Unlock the power of data to drive strategic decisions and shape business direction • Analyze vast IT datasets to identify trends, patterns, root causes of defects, and variation • Transform raw data into rigorous visualizations, compelling stories, and data-driven insights • Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams • Act as a trusted advisor on complex business problems and innovative solutions • Gather, explore, prepare, structure, organize, and clean data for analysis and business intelligence • Align data analysis efforts with business objectives and project success criteria • Apply business valuation, decision-making, project scoping, and storytelling to create meaningful narratives • Determine root causes of defects and variation using data repositories

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of data analysis experience • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills • Communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail • Degree in a quantitative discipline such as industrial engineering, finance, or economics (preferred) • Knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages, including Looker, Power BI, QuickSight, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Python, R, or SQL (preferred) • Professional certification such as ASQ Six Sigma (preferred) • Cloud platform certification such as AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Google Cloud Looker Business Analyst, or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (preferred)
