📋 Description

• Develop and execute account strategies to grow and retain Kyndryl’s most valuable accounts • Generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities • Sell new offerings and minimize erosion to maximize renewals • Own the account P&L and ensure customer satisfaction, integrity, and compliance • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite decision-makers • Collaborate with sales team members across the process from prospecting to closing • Build go-to-market pipelines with partners • Apply industry expertise and external best practices to provide innovative solutions • Identify and qualify opportunities for bespoke customer services • Maintain account excellence and integrity • Transform account management practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running account P&L • Travel & Transportation expertise • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices • Experience managing the sales process end-to-end • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks • Open-minded and empathetic approach in customer relationships • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree (preferred) • Sales experience in technical solutions (preferred)
