📋 Description

• Enable strategy, integrated service delivery, and service line integration for a major global financial services account • Drive innovation, establish best practices and standards, and drive cost savings and operational efficiency • Manage national health, safety, and environmental programs across the account • Oversee the Integrated Facility Management Center of Excellence covering Facility Management, Engineering, Health Safety and Environmental, Energy & Sustainability, and Business Programs • Serve as liaison between the Alliance Director and JLL organization; report to the Governance & Enablement Director • Oversee Facilities Management results including business continuity, building-level financials, customer experience, facility condition inspections, repair and maintenance budgets, work order management, and client initiatives • Oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance with laws, codes, and regulations • Oversee Engineering operations compliance, preventative maintenance, mobile engineering processes, and regional engineering collaboration • Implement and optimize Corrigo capabilities and AI-driven functionality • Integrate service delivery platforms and resources and manage handoffs • Establish team vision and strategy aligned with client objectives • Anticipate client needs, exceed KPIs, and ensure client satisfaction • Build high-performing teams and maintain employee engagement • Build relationships across regional and COE teams and share best practices • Develop and manage innovation strategies and lead implementation of firm practices • Lead projects involving new processes, tools, and communications improvements • Develop and lead value-creating programs and oversee their design, development, and implementation • Hire, attract, retain, coach, and improve the performance of top talent

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other secondary degree preferred • 10+ years’ experience in commercial real estate and/or Facilities Management • Proficient knowledge of Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering, Energy and Sustainability, and Environmental and Safety • Demonstrated leadership/management skills and ability to influence and negotiate • Ability to communicate complex ideas concisely • Trend recognition, diagnosis, and problem-solving ability • Experience implementing quality assurance and continuous improvement programs • Excellent financial and planning analytical skills • Public speaking acumen and ability to engage large groups • Ability to develop and maintain trust with internal and client stakeholders • Previous experience leading large teams in a fast-paced, agile environment • Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and willing to tackle new challenges • Ability to move people to action with a sense of urgency • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
