📋 Description

• Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, private cloud environments, and systems to identify root causes • Recommend solutions balancing technical feasibility, timelines, and customer priorities • Test, refine, and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency, and repeatability • Assess risks proactively and implement disruption-prevention strategies • Plan end-to-end infrastructure solutions across platforms and technologies • Integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments • Automate workflows and processes to streamline delivery and reduce errors • Document architectures and procedures for hand-offs, knowledge sharing, and operational continuity • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Project Managers, and Technicians • Drive project delivery from initiation to completion with attention to quality and timelines • Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders • Deliver tangible, high-impact results that build customer confidence • Expand technical expertise across private cloud platforms, enterprise IT systems, and emerging technologies • Pursue career paths toward Architect or Distinguished Engineer roles

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth High-Performance Computing expertise • Solaris administration experience • Automation scripting experience • Red Hat Satellite expertise • Supermicro hardware experience • Enterprise IT experience • Hands-on experience supporting High-Performance Computing (HPC) • Hands-on experience with Supermicro hardware and Solaris systems • Hands-on experience with scripting and automation • In-depth knowledge of Linux/UNIX/Solaris operating systems • Familiarity with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles used to produce precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models • Logic and reasoning to evaluate alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches • Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
