📋 Description

• Provide management and end user support for PACS and other clinical system applications used within Imaging Services • Operate PACS equipment, including image workflow, archiving, auto routing, pre-fetching, and image quality assurance • Ensure proper DICOM digital image data transfer into PACS, network transmission RIS validation, and exceptions handling • Perform database additions, corrections, and testing for business needs and project initiatives • Analyze and develop solutions to user problems while supporting clinical systems • Recognize, interpret, evaluate, and resolve PACS and other clinical system problems • Identify required tasks, assign responsibility, establish completion dates, and communicate progress • Recommend equipment, software, and system workflow improvements for current and future PACS needs • Develop education materials and communicate work plans for initial and ongoing end-user training • Investigate operational problems and prepare proposals with Radiologists, Operations Managers, Supervisors, technologists, and administration • Develop operating standards, policies, procedures, and training programs with Imaging, IS, and IT teams • Analyze user feedback and support data and recommend procedural and educational changes • Identify and design future QA/QC needs and efficient workflow processes with Imaging teams

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in computer science or related field • Two-year radiology information systems experience preferred • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted • Compliance with CC departmental policies, procedures, and mandatory education requirements
