📋 Description

• Transform businesses from ordinary to extraordinary • Develop process-driven solutions that drive measurable results • Analyze customers' current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions that align with customer goals • Manage sales processes and maintain strong customer relations • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure high-quality solutions • Lead strategic vision and align new business processes

🎯 Requirements

• 15 years of experience leading large transformational changes • Change management certifications: Prosci, ACMP, Kotter etc • Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams • Organizational Change Management (OCM) • Operational Readiness & Workforce Transformation • Executive Stakeholder Engagement • Large-Scale Transformation Leadership • Communication & Engagement Strategy • Public Sector Transformation • Training & Enablement Strategy • Risk Mitigation & Adoption Planning • PMO / Program Integration • Vendor & Partner Coordination • Stakeholder Impact Analysis Across Operations and Public Services • Business Process & End-User Impact Identification • Must be able to travel to the client site twice a month
