📋 Description

• Solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across platforms and services • Manage systems data for clients • Provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance • Oversee a queue of assignments • Work directly with technicians and prioritize tickets • Recommend modernization options • Identify new business opportunities • Cultivate relationships with teams and stakeholders • Collaborate with diverse colleagues and clients across industries

🎯 Requirements

• Experience implementing and managing Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2022 • VMware ESX experience; VCF preferred • Public/private cloud management • Experience migrating from on-premises to cloud solutions • Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as code) preferred • Vulnerability management preferred • Customer-focused approach • Growth mindset and commitment to personal and professional development
