📋 Description

• Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments, and systems to identify root causes • Recommend solutions balancing technical feasibility, timelines, and customer priorities • Test, refine, and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency, and repeatability • Assess risks proactively and implement disruption-prevention strategies • Plan end-to-end infrastructure solutions across platforms and technologies • Integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments • Automate workflows and processes to streamline delivery and reduce errors • Document architectures and procedures for hand-offs, knowledge sharing, and operational continuity • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Project Managers, and Technicians • Drive project delivery from initiation to completion with attention to quality and timelines • Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders • Deliver tangible, high-impact results that build customer confidence • Expand technical expertise across cloud platforms, enterprise IT systems, and emerging technologies • Earn certifications and qualifications while applying them on real projects • Pursue career paths toward Architect or Distinguished Engineer roles

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise within specific VMware technology areas, including cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics • Enterprise IT application experience • Hands-on experience in software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in the public cloud AWS domain • In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems • VMware system administrator SME expertise • Experience with VMware Infrastructure • Experience with VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator • Experience with VMware Aria Operations for Applications • Experience with VMware NSX and VMware NSX-T Data Center • Experience with VMware Server and VMware vSAN • Specific knowledge of the VMware support environment and OS configuration layer • Ability to support a managed services steady-state environment • Employees working at a client, customer, or partner location may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination
