📋 Description

• Own all L1VE social media channels, including Reddit, TikTok, Instagram and X; YouTube is optional • Develop social media strategy, tone of voice and content calendar • Build and lead L1VE’s subreddit and community presence • Create platform-native short-form video for TikTok and Reels, including ideas, scripts, editing and trend monitoring • Create hands-on content with the Content & Experience team • Manage community engagement across all channels • Create real-time content around live events, optionally on site • Brief and manage freelancers, agencies, creators and on-site event partners • Perform quality control • Report on reach, engagement, follower growth and traffic • Feed analytics and learnings into future content • Attend selected live events, including occasional international trips • Report to the Head of Marketing & Sales

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of social media management experience for a brand, publisher, sports club, league or agency • Portfolio of own posts, videos or campaigns with proven results • Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram formats, algorithms, trends and internet culture • Experience with Reddit and its communities • Hands-on short-form video skills including concept, shooting and editing • Familiarity with tools such as CapCut or Premiere • Excellent written and spoken English • German is a plus • Strong sense of ownership and a hands-on mentality • Experience working with freelancers or agencies is nice-to-have • Practical experience with AI tools is nice-to-have • Data-driven approach using platform analytics is nice-to-have • Interest in sports, entertainment and immersive technology is nice-to-have
