📋 Description

• Provide surge support to Tier One Programs as a lead planning and scheduling subject matter expert • Support tool implementations, change control activities, customer deliverables, baseline reviews, and cost/schedule integration within an EVMS environment • Support major replanning efforts, including OTB/OTS actions, formal internal reprogramming, and schedule recovery initiatives • Develop, maintain, and analyze complex integrated program schedules, including resource-loaded schedules and Earned Value-related schedule analysis • Build executable plans and integrate inputs across functional and program teams • Develop and analyze IMP/IMS using program requirements, including SOW, WBS, and related planning inputs • Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, network logic validation, baseline maintenance, and schedule health metric assessment including BEI, CPLI, and SPI • Identify schedule issues, logic conflicts, and performance variances; investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions • Integrate schedules across engineering, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams • Support EVMS execution through schedule status and variance analysis • Prepare and present schedule status, milestones, critical path drivers, risks, and recovery plans • Coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedule integration • Apply Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and earned value methods • Ensure schedule compliance with internal procedures, project controls requirements, and customer or industry standards • Improve scheduling processes, tools, metrics, standards, reporting methods, and resource-management visibility • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing • Participate in program reviews, status meetings, leadership briefings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, STEM, or another related field with a minimum of 9 years in planning and scheduling; or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years in a related field; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of related experience • Strong knowledge of supporting DoD programs in a FAR and DFARS environment • Working knowledge of PASEG and IPMDAR • Ability to lead planning and scheduling efforts for large, high-visibility government programs • Ability to create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and supporting schedules • Ability to develop and present project-level reports, presentations, and deliverables • Experience with resource-loaded IMS for program planning, execution, and EVMS requirements • Working knowledge of Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis • Working knowledge of Space Systems programs • Proficiency with Microsoft Project • Experience with Structured Solutions Incorporated (SSI) tools • Program management and coordination capability, including knowledge of SDLC processes • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and quality focus • Working knowledge of EVMS
