📋 Description

• Develop integrated master schedules using SOW and WBS • Manage complex projects or processes with general oversight • Create and track plans and schedules • Perform schedule, critical path, network logic, and risk analysis • Analyze and validate program schedules through baseline maintenance, Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and schedule metric analysis • Implement and monitor Earned Value Management Systems • Integrate project and program schedules across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality functions • Interface with program team members, customers, vendors, and other external parties as necessary • Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines • Explain and interpret scheduling policies, procedures, and practices • Lead scheduling status reviews and brief senior leaders • Participate in schedule training, engineering, and program excellence activities • Identify performance variances and facilitate intervention in critical areas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior scheduling experience • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years prior scheduling experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related scheduling experience • 3+ years of experience creating and/or maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and supporting schedules • 2+ years of experience utilizing scheduling software, such as Microsoft Project • 2+ years of experience creating and presenting project-level reports, presentations, and deliverables reflecting risk and status to program and senior management • Working knowledge of PASEG, EIA 748-D EVMS Standard, IPPD, and IPMR strongly desired • Monte Carlo Risk Analysis / Schedule Risk Analysis • Agile Development methodologies associated with EVMS • Familiarity with scheduling add-on tools such as OPDEC, Structured Solutions SSI tools, RiskyProject, or similar software • Experience with cost and schedule integration software • Experience in macro development • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Up to 20% business travel to other L3Harris sites
