📋 Description

• Lead the Infrastructure & Capital Projects Americas Financial Systems team, owning strategy, performance, and governance of ERP platforms including Deltek Vantagepoint and related systems • Manage, integrate, and optimize financial systems for performance, security, scalability, and user experience • Serve as primary contact for ERP support, vendor coordination, and strategic partnerships, including direct engagement with Deltek • Define and execute the financial systems roadmap • Maintain Deltek Vantagepoint architecture, configuration, stability, and integrations with human capital management, applicant tracking, treasury, and payroll systems • Lead safe, responsible, and compliant AI use within the ERP environment and for extracted financial data • Oversee advanced configurations, customizations, integrations, security protocols, and access controls • Direct implementation of software solutions, ERP module enhancements, and development initiatives • Monitor system risk and performance and escalate critical security, data, or compliance issues • Integrate newly acquired entities into the ERP with minimal operational disruption • Partner with operations and corporate teams on system support, user training, change management, adoption, and efficiency • Oversee custom stored procedures and reporting solutions • Uphold confidentiality and appropriate access to sensitive financial and organizational data • Enable a flexible, remote-friendly environment while fostering in-person collaboration and stakeholder relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 20 years’ experience managing ERP systems—Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision—with demonstrated expertise in system analysis, support, and security • Experience in multinational organizations operating with multiple currencies and multiple languages is highly relevant • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data & Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable • Consulting or field experience in digital manufacturing, operations, project management, project controls, or engineering is preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 • Proficiency with Microsoft Server environments • Proficiency with SaaS applications commonly used within Accenture
