📋 Description

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes • Partner with business leaders to analyze operational drivers and performance • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership • Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for strategic planning, scenario analysis, resource allocation, and decision-making • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages, KPIs, and variance analyses • Support Board of Directors reporting materials • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics • Implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting enhancements • Act as a strategic partner to the Director of FP&A and support executive decision-making • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and support cross-functional project teams as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • 2–3 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, transaction advisory, consulting, or related analytical roles • Experience supporting executive leadership teams and preparing executive- or Board-level presentations preferred • Experience within healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, laboratory services, technology-enabled services, or private equity-backed organizations preferred • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools such as Datarails, Prophix, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar platforms • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred • Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial performance to operational outcomes • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to influence decision-making and build relationships across all levels of the organization • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment • Continuous improvement mindset focused on automation, efficiency, and scalability
