📋 Description

• Develops and executes the Proposal Management department strategy in alignment with commercial, operational, and organizational priorities. • Leads transformational initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, scalability, customer experience, and business outcomes across multiple teams and functions. • Identifies opportunities to enhance departmental performance through innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement. • Uses business, operational, and financial insights to inform strategic priorities, resource planning, and investment recommendations. • Partners with commercial leadership to support business growth, customer satisfaction, and achievement of revenue and order targets. • Recommends organizational design, workforce plans, and capability-building strategies to support current and future business needs. • Drives a culture of continuous improvement by aligning departmental initiatives with organizational goals and long-term performance objectives. • Uses financial performance, business forecasts, and operational metrics to guide strategic priorities and investment decisions. • Builds and maintains a high-performing management team through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and leadership development. • Supports managers in effectively leading employee performance, engagement, career development, and talent retention. • Establishes performance expectations and accountability measures that drive operational excellence and business results. • Monitors departmental performance using operational and financial metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. • Directs resolution of complex operational, customer, and business issues while balancing stakeholder needs and organizational priorities. • Supports revenue growth by ensuring timely, high-quality proposal delivery and effective utilization of departmental resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 12 or more years of direct CRO experience in commercial, operations or labs or Associate's degree and 14 or more years of direct CRO experience in commercial, operations or labs or High School Diploma/GED equivalent and 16 or more years of direct CRO experience in commercial, operations or labs. • 7 or more years in a supervisory role. • 2 or more years’ experience leading complex operational or commercial functions with accountability for performance, resource allocation, and business outcomes.
