📋 Description

• Develops and executes the Proposal Management department strategy in alignment with commercial, operational, and organizational priorities • Leads transformational initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, scalability, customer experience, and business outcomes across multiple teams and functions • Identifies opportunities to enhance departmental performance through innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement • Partners with commercial leadership to support business growth, customer satisfaction, and achievement of revenue and order targets • Establishes performance expectations and accountability measures that drive operational excellence and business results • Builds and maintains a high-performing management team through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and leadership development • Leads global proposal management operations supporting multiple service lines, business units, and geographic regions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 12 or more years of direct CRO experience in commercial, operations or labs • Associate's degree and 14 or more years of direct CRO experience in commercial, operations or labs • High School Diploma/GED equivalent and 16 or more years of direct CRO experience in commercial, operations or labs • 7 or more years in a supervisory role (preferred) • 2 or more years’ experience leading complex operational or commercial functions with accountability for performance, resource allocation, and business outcomes (preferred)
