📋 Description

• Partner with design, user research, and product management teams to deliver a best-in-class user experience • Contribute design concepts based on user research and business needs • Assist in planning and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research • Gather insights from research and the voice of the customer to understand users’ wants and needs and define the customer journey • Help communicate research findings and design concepts to the product management team • Work on impactful projects supporting Labcorp’s healthcare innovation mission

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Design, Communications, Psychology or Marketing • Preferred: 3-6 months experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office • Preferred: 3-6 months experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2027 through June 2029 graduation) currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future
