📋 Description

• Perform the vendor contracting function and oversee the full lifecycle of vendor agreements, from drafting and negotiation through execution, renewal, and termination • Provide coaching and training for new hires on contracting policies and best practices • Facilitate all phases of the vendor contracting process for timely and accurate execution • Draft contracts using pre-approved corporate templates • Review, analyze, and negotiate vendor-provided contract documents • Review and respond to redlines and proposed revisions, coordinating with counsel on escalations or non-standard terms • Collaborate with counsel and business stakeholders on business intent, operational needs, and compliance obligations • Maintain template libraries, clause banks, and contracting playbooks • Serve as primary point of contact between contracting, counsel, Procurement, and business teams • Support vendor due diligence, onboarding, ongoing monitoring, audits, and compliance • Track contract obligations, renewals, and compliance milestones • Improve contracting workflows, procedures, and turnaround times • Use contract lifecycle management systems and reporting tools to monitor contracting activity • Develop metrics and dashboards for contracting performance, risk exposure, and vendor compliance • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve contract quality

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree with 2+ years relevant experience • 1+ years experience drafting and negotiating contracts, including reviewing redlines and vendor-provided documents • Organization skills and ability to adapt to high pressure situations • Good verbal and written communication skills • Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe • Ability to change directions in workload based on required timeframes • Ability to work independently and as a team, with little to no supervision
