📋 Description

• Achieve or exceed annual sales goals for the assigned team • Manage, coach, mentor, and guide Business Development Directors • Hire and develop diverse talent across the team • Assign accounts and territories and forecast contribution to global sales goals • Deliver team sales performance against established targets • Conduct quarterly reviews of team account plans • Partner with sales leaders across business units to develop client relationships and joint opportunities • Manage team performance and provide feedback and development planning • Monitor and control team operating expenses • Facilitate internal collaboration with operational partners • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities • Utilize SFDC to manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales metrics • Gather and communicate market intelligence and competitive insights

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years' experience selling services to pharmaceutical and biotech organizations with executive-level client interaction • Bachelor's degree preferred • 4 years sales leadership experience • Strong leadership and team management capability • Ability to coach and develop talent • Ability to influence and build relationships in a matrix organization • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills • Ability to motivate and inspire teams across global environments
