📋 Description

• Support customer experience initiatives through customer feedback analysis, reporting, and insight generation • Assist with customer journey mapping, including research, workshop preparation, and documentation • Develop presentations, communications, and materials supporting customer experience programs and culture initiatives • Analyze customer, operational, and survey data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement recommendations • Maintain CX resources, SharePoint sites, dashboards, and knowledge repositories • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that improve customer satisfaction and business performance • Work on impactful customer experience projects supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare customers • Participate in enterprise-wide learning experiences, leadership sessions, intern events, mentoring, and professional development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications, Psychology, Data Analytics or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Interest in customer experience, human-centered design, service design, market research, or business improvement • Initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative team • Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors graduating December 2027 through June 2029; all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
