📋 Description

• Own and execute Labcorp’s national strategy and value proposition for Community Health Centers, HCCNs, and Primary Care Associations • Build and manage strategic partnerships with national HCCNs • Lead workflow for member Best Practices and Toolkit development on the NACHC Strategic Alliance team • Standardize and scale CHC services and programs across operating divisions • Lead development and commercialization of products, programs, and solutions improving UDS and VBC quality measures, operational performance, and patient outcomes • Define CHC pricing strategies and standardize approaches for uninsured populations and flat-rate programs • Incorporate CHC requirements into specialty-testing and value-based care initiatives • Collaborate with Diagnostic Assistant, Insight Analytics, and data teams to enhance customer offerings and drive utilization • Partner with divisional sales and leadership to support CHC growth and retention • Lead cross-functional teams in launching and scaling new programs and solutions • Serve as a subject matter expert for customer presentations, leadership discussions, and sales strategy • Develop centralized CHC RFP response capabilities and enable Primary Care Association engagement and value-based care contracting • Drive sales communications, training, tools, and support resources • Lead targeting campaigns and sales enablement programs • Leverage laboratory data for UDS quality measures, care gap initiatives, population health programs, and value-based care performance • Lead Salesforce account hierarchy and data governance for CHCs • Drive customer-facing communications, sales collateral, marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and CHC conference strategy • Monitor CHC segment performance through revenue, accession volume, and customer analytics • Present strategic updates, KPIs, and market insights to senior leadership • Participate in business reviews with divisional and national commercial leadership • Support commercial efforts to achieve the annual CHC growth budget • Report to the Vice President of Physician Systems within the National HHS Team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 8+ years’ experience in healthcare, laboratory services, public health, or product management • Experience working in lab services • Product/Program Director experience in healthcare • Laboratory, healthcare product sales, or program management experience • Experience with Community Health Centers (FQHCs) or large provider organizations • Demonstrated ability to take a concept from inception to execution into the market • Excellent communication skills • Marketing communications experience or advanced degree a plus • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, including project management • Quantitative and communication skills • Experience working with Community Health Centers, large provider networks, or public health organizations • Strong understanding of Community Health Centers, laboratory testing, population health, and value-based care models
