📋 Description

• Deliver training programs for new hires and current employees within Cash Applications, Unidentified Cash. • Evaluate training effectiveness using performance data and provide actionable feedback • Monitor and report on training impact during onboarding and ongoing development • Collaborate with operational leadership to identify training needs and update training materials • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures • Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training • Incorporate industry best practices and continuous improvement strategies into training programs

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or related field with 3+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or a related field • Work experience in Cash Applications or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Effective written and verbal communication • Ability to engage and support diverse learners • Proficiency in databases, Microsoft Office, and virtual training platforms • Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify improvements • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design • Experience with e-learning tools and content development • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
