📋 Description

• Demonstrate understanding of H&S compliance by ensuring policies/SOPs and training are up to date • Perform accurately all processes relevant to the role • Review own and peers' work for overall accuracy, timeliness, and completeness • Work on allocated projects and seek guidance on priorities • Engage with relevant training programs to gain understanding of role and responsibilities • Review own work for overall accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and soundness of technical judgment • Deliver results within agreed timeframe • Demonstrate good timekeeping and time recording through timesheets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA) degree in chemistry or biology • 1 year or more of clinical or Biopharma laboratory experience • Organizational, planning and critical-thinking skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and professional manner under demanding conditions • Ability to utilize word processing software, database, spreadsheet, and specialized software • Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and manage time • Ability to perform basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.) • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
