📋 Description

• Lead renewable energy projects and project portfolios through the full lifecycle, from planning and development through design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and closeout. • Serve as the primary client contact and coordinate with internal technical teams, regulatory agencies, utility providers, contractors, and other stakeholders. • Lead multidisciplinary teams across civil, electrical, structural, environmental, geotechnical, survey, planning, landscape architecture, permitting, and specialty consulting disciplines. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, staffing, and change. • Monitor financial performance, forecasting, invoicing, change management, and profitability. • Support business development through client engagement, proposal preparation, fee development, contract negotiations, and opportunity identification. • Mentor project teams and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. • 8+ years of experience managing renewable energy, utility, infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects. • Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams while managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk. • Strong client relationship, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to engage project teams, clients, and regulatory agencies effectively. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with renewable energy development, permitting, engineering, or construction processes is preferred. • PMP or other relevant project management or industry certifications are a plus.
