📋 Description

• Deliver live virtual sessions (10–45 minutes each), up to 310 classes monthly. • Teach a range of CIH approaches including but not limited to: Yoga (Yin, Vinyasa, Power), Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation, and Guided Imagery. • Customize class difficulty levels to suit No Experience, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced participants.

🎯 Requirements

• Yoga Instructors must hold a current RYT-200 Certification. • Tai Chi/Qi Gong Practitioners must have 150 hours of training, including 36 hours of instruction-specific training from a qualified instructor or equivalent certification. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing services of comparable size and complexity. • Previous engagement with VA Whole Health or similar federal wellness initiatives is preferred.
