📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Inside Sales representatives • Drive the team’s culture, sales, performance goals and activity metrics • Support professional growth through hiring, onboarding, coaching, training and periodic reviews • Develop and modify sales strategies to drive performance within the team and department • Manage results leveraging reporting and metrics, including Salesforce dashboards, etc. • Foster and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders • Partner with senior leadership to drive sales through the performance management of assigned team • Stay knowledgeable about customer needs at local, state and national levels based on market landscape

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Inside Sales or relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success in a leadership capacity • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills • Experience with Salesforce a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred • Proven success managing multiple projects at one time and communicating upward, downward and laterally with a high ability to prioritize efficiently • High level of professionalism, combined with sound judgment, critical-thinking skills and problem-solving abilities • Strong work ethic and team-player mentality • Able to perform outstanding work from home with the ability to flex availability based on business and customer needs • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
