📋 Description

• Build end-to-end features for Lambda Cloud. • Contribute to both frontend and backend code across existing and new features. • Collaborate with Product Engineering, Platform, and Infrastructure teams to deliver solutions that cut across the stack. • Partner with Product Managers to design, scope, and deliver features that are critical to customer success, without compromising on our product quality. • Work directly with Superintelligence customers’ engineering teams. • Own production features and systems, including participating in incident response rotations. • Design and implement observability and maintenance processes for the new features we build.

🎯 Requirements

• Backend experience building business-critical services using Python, Unix/Command line, Django or FastAPI, and Postgres. • Proven experience owning complex features end-to-end, from defining problems with Product to GA release and measuring success criteria, in highly ambiguous environments under tight deadlines. • Proven ability to clearly communicate trade offs in scoping and timelines. • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining developer-facing APIs and documentation. • CI/CD: Automation for testing and deployment workflows • Reliability & Observability: Logging, alerting, and building highly available systems • Cloud Native Services: Experience with AWS, Okta, Cloudflare, etc.
