📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools • Lead and perform code reviews for internal and AMS-delivered development • Own development of higher-complexity enhancements, integrations, and custom components • Partner with Tech Leads and Solution Architects to align development with platform standards and architectural patterns • Support backlog refinement and sprint planning with technical input, estimates, and feasibility guidance • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical defects and performance issues • Ensure solutions adhere to security, data protection, and compliance requirements • Contribute to development standards, reusable components, and technical documentation • Support system, integration, and user acceptance testing as needed • Assist with release preparation, deployment activities, and post-go-live stabilization • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the broader delivery team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments • Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce (as applicable), and Salesforce APIs • Experience building and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools • Demonstrated experience performing code reviews and enforcing development standards • Experience working in Agile delivery environments • Experience collaborating with AMS or external delivery providers • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification strongly preferred
