📋 Description

• Lead delivery of consulting products to ag retailer member owners • Lead client engagements focused on asset investments, mergers and acquisitions, business optimization, and insights projects • Deliver presentations to management teams, boards of directors, and other stakeholders • Provide expert knowledge and context for consulting recommendations using ag industry and functional expertise • Provide strategic coaching on ag industry, operational efficiency, M&A, and market availability/growth to senior leadership teams • Lead materials creation and updates for ag retailer/member customer projects • Provide expert-level guidance on standard consulting materials • Provide project guidance to the consulting team as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business with a major in accounting, finance, management, entrepreneurship, supply chain, or marketing, or equivalent education and relevant experience • 10+ years of executive leadership at an ag-cooperative • 15+ years of grain, feed, and agronomy experience • Experience managing multi-location operations • Experience with commodity risk management, procurement, sales and marketing, asset management and construction, logistics, and P&L responsibility • Excellent client management skills • Ability to synthesize strategic thinking into client implications and programs • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and deliver results promptly • Strong work ethic and high integrity • Exceptional listening, speaking/presenting, and written communication skills • Collaboration skills across client organizations and internal teams • Problem-solving aptitude using insight analysis to create hypotheses and recommendations • Demonstrated project ownership, leadership, and multitasking skills
