🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years in marketing operations or marketing technology • hands-on experience administering marketing automation platforms, customer development platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Segment, Zapier), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) & ad platforms. • strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data flow across a marketing stack • proven track record owning end-to-end campaign operations in a fast-moving environment • experience creating automations or internal tools using LLMs or workflow platforms. • comfortable building workflows and debugging integrations. • proactive in identifying and solving problems.
