📋 Description

• Maintain an organized and accurate CRM (Pipedrive experience is highly preferred) • Keep opportunities updated with detailed notes and next steps • Monitor daily sales tasks and ensure follow-ups happen on time • Record notes from meetings, networking events, and client conversations • Prepare client engagement agreements using DocuSign templates • Notify clients when agreements have been sent • Coordinate smooth handoffs between Sales, Operations, and Recruiting teams • Research prospective companies and key decision-makers • Prepare prospect research briefs before sales meetings • Coordinate calendars and schedule client meetings • Schedule and execute email marketing campaigns • Draft professional LinkedIn content • Create simple marketing graphics and collateral • Support initiatives that increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company • Experience supporting sales, business development, operations, or marketing teams • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred) • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines
